Copyright Notice Procedure
At Marital Separation Agreement, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without permission, we encourage you to notify us promptly. We take copyright infringement seriously and will investigate any claims that are brought to our attention.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
To initiate the copyright notice process, please send an email to dmca@separationcontract.com. Your notice should include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- The specific location on our website where the infringing material can be found.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Our Response
Upon receiving your notice, we will review the information provided and take appropriate action. This may include removing the infringing content or disabling access to it. We will also notify the user who posted the content of your claim. If necessary, we may request additional information to assist in our investigation.
Counter-Notices
If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. This counter-notice should also be sent to dmca@separationcontract.com and must include:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for the district where you reside, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.
Final Notes
We encourage open communication and resolution of copyright disputes. By following this procedure, you help us maintain a fair and respectful environment for all users. Thank you for your cooperation.
